The Mask.

We wear the mask that grins and lies, It hides our cheeks and shades our eyes,— This debt we pay to human guile; With torn and bleeding hearts we smile, And mouth with myriad subtleties.
Why should the world be over-wise, In counting all our tears and sighs? Nay, let them only see us, while We wear the mask.
We smile, but, O great Christ, our cries To thee from tortured souls arise. We sing, but oh the clay is vile Beneath our feet, and long the mile; But let the world dream otherwise, We wear the mask! - Paul Dunbar.

This is one of the truest poems ever. No matter what someone somwhere can relate to this always, and forever. Trust me the mask... its not worth it.

Cedarville...
Oh mann the best weekend of my life... and of course all good things come to an end. The best part of the whole weekend was not having a schedule to go by and just doing whatever i want whenever i want. We eneded up playing this game called settlers.. haha one of the funest games ever.. .and i know that funest isnt a word but.. quite frankly idc. but anyways... so like i hung out with bri and charmaine and lisa and grace alot the whole time and it was a party. But anyways, i LOVE it and this weekend assured me that i am going to Cedarville for sure!!
